Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of goods and services by Matter of Brands to its customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.
We provide corporate-branded physical goods, along with graphic design services. All branding work requires approval of a print proof before production.
Orders are confirmed once we receive a 50% deposit.
The remaining 50% is payable upon or prior to delivery.
No goods will be dispatched until full payment is received.
Final production is based on the signed proof.
We are not liable for errors approved by the customer during proofing.
However, we will assess issues fairly and act reasonably in the case of poor-quality outcomes.
Refunds or replacements are offered within reason, especially in the event of clear defects or incorrect branding not matching the approved proof.
Refunds will not be issued if the customer has approved a proof and the final product matches that proof.
Designs created by us may not be used or reproduced without permission. You must have the legal rights to any logos or artwork you supply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
